3. For the purpose of this question, we are going to view your first blog post (Part “B” Question #1) as an introductory online campaign. Please answer the following questions:
a. What is your intended goal and why? (3 marks)
My intended goal was to create interest in my brand with what it could offer to people such as hobbyist’s and entrepreneurs by calling to their creativity in order to potentially convert them to be interested in becoming a customer.
The reason why I chose this as my goal is because I want to run a successful business that can help people bring their ideas to life with 3D printing.
We live in a creative age with people who cosplay, paint minifigures and want to be their own boss which my brand can satisfy through multifaceted creation.
b. Who are you writing for and why? (3 marks)
I am writing my content for GenZ and millennials who range from 18 – 34. The reason why I position my content for these groups is due to the fact that they are heavy internet and social media users who are constantly engaging with brands online.
This target market is creative and understand how digital technology works like the back of their hand which is why I selected them as I believe they would understand my vision as I catered it to them.
Many people in this target market want to experience success in their life with many people trying to be influencers or setting up a business to achieve their potential which my brand/content can help with.
c. What type of “Experience” will you be creating for the visitors? Please explain and justify your reasoning. (2 marks)
I want my visitors to have a welcoming and friendly experience that pushes them to be excited about the potential in their own dreams/ideas making my brand more approachable in the process.
I only utilised positive language and encouragement through out my introduction in order to ensure that my visitors would have welcoming and friendly experience.
My brand voice is casual and creative which is why I structured my introduction post to use language and keywords that are perfectly suited to Rising Printer.
If my brand voice was formal, it would be hard to approach and might not inspire creativity which is why I believe that I did a great job in utilising my brand voice and tone to create a welcoming and friendly experience.
Due to the fact that I used a causal voice this allowed me to write in a way that makes my content feel like it was written for humans by a human and not a robot, which helped me shape the experience that my visitors are likely to have.
